The transition will be completed by the end of January, and everything will be in the hands of Tomomi Nakamura, a bilingual counsellor who spent five years training in Canada.
ToECs will continue to serve the English-speaking population of Tohoku by providing high quality psychotherapy, counselling, and guidance.
